The successful applicant will have to have at least 2 years kitchen experience with a passion about creating quality, tasty homemade food from fresh ingredients while being part of a dedicated team of chefs.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow the guidance of the Head/Sous Chef
Knowledge of good cooking practices
Attention to detail and quality is paramount
Ability to work well under pressure and cope with multi-tasking
Ensure that all health and hygiene standards are enforced

Some weeks will include breakfast chef duties

Shift working over 4 days per week including weekends and holidays
