Office Administrator

Blargoans Ltd have a full-time opportunity for an Office Administrator to work within our busy office in Dunnet, Caithness.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Company Manager in all aspects
  • General reception duties
  • Purchase receipt processing
  • Checking in goods and preparing delivery notes
  • Maintain accurate document files for department and audit purposes
  • All tasks to be carried out in a timely manner and to a high level of accuracy
  • Quick and accurate resolution of all queries
  • Set up and maintain supplier information
  • Inputting off purchase and supplier invoices
  • Assisting the Buyer with sourcing and preparing quotations
  • Ensuring great customer service to both internal and external customers

 

Desirable Attributes and Experience

  • Experience in Sage Accounts
  • Excellent skills within MS Office & Sage Systems
  • 1 year administrator experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to think laterally to maximise all opportunities
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure and to time deadlines whilst maintaining quality of output.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

 

Terms and Conditions

Full Time Position

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Hourly rate – £11.44 – £13.50 dependant on experience

 

The successful candidate must have a flexible attitude towards work and will be able to multi task and will be expected to help with other departments where needed.
